Job Description

Technical Sales & Solution Evangelization

  • Articulate complex robotics and AI solutions in a clear, compelling manner
  • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases
  • Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes



Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closure
  • Identify and engage enterprise customers across industries (Automotive, EMS, Semiconductor, Logistics, etc.)
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy, pricing, and sales planning



Customer Engagement

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understand operational challenges and co-develop solutions with technical teams
  • Lead proposals, presentations, and techno-commercial discussions



Market Development

  • Track industry trends in robotics, automation, and AI adoption
  • Support brand presence through events, conferences, and industry forums
  • Provide feedback on product positioning and competitive landscape



Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Forecast revenue and track performance metrics
  • Drive consistent deal closures and revenue growth

The Successful Applicant

Candidate Profile

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B technical/solution sales
  • Prior experience in robotics, industrial automation, or hardware-led technology preferred
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Automotive or Electronics manufacturing clients
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related)
  • MBA (optional)
