Role Overview

We are seeking an aggressive, results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our offline lead generation and channel partnership initiatives. This is a high-impact, field-intensive role that requires a strategic hunter. You will be directly responsible for capturing market share by leveraging an existing, robust network of builders, construction contractors, and internal CRM teams within real estate development firms.

If you understand the lifecycle of construction and interior design projects and know exactly who to speak with to secure a partnership, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Market Research & Territory Mapping

  • Conduct relentless market research to identify upcoming commercial and residential construction projects.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and localized development plans to pinpoint high-yield partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a targeted offline lead generation strategy, focusing on high-value accounts.

2. Channel Partnership & Network Expansion

  • Build, manage, and scale profitable relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, specifically:

○ Prominent Builders and Real Estate Developers.

○ General Contractors and Construction Project Managers.

○ Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) embedded within builder organizations.

  • Negotiate and finalize strategic tie-ups and channel partnership agreements that guarantee a consistent influx of qualified offline leads.

3. Field Sales & Execution

  • Take absolute ownership of the offline sales funnel. This is a field-heavy role; expect to spend the majority of your time on-site, in builder offices, and at networking events.
  • Conduct face-to-face pitch meetings, site walkthroughs, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Convert offline channel leads into closed revenue, ensuring all targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.

4. Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Maintain an immaculate, up-to-date record of all field activities, partner interactions, and pipeline movements.
  • Deliver accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts to leadership.
  • Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
  • To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven field sales experience strictly within the Real Estate, Construction, Builder Operations, or Interior Design sectors.
  • Established Network: Demonstrated, active relationships with local builders, contractors, and builder-firm CRMs. You must be able to leverage your existing rolodex from day one.
  • Field-Ready Operations: Willingness and physical ability to engage in daily field sales operations. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
