4–7 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or premium consumer / food-adjacent businesses
Compensation
₹10 – ₹14 LPA (CTC)
Role Intent
This role exists to build a repeatable revenue engine.
Today, sales are still founder-led. Over time, it must become system-led without losing relationship depth.
You will execute, learn, document, and then scale.
This is not a manage a large team role on Day 1.
It is a hands-on builder role that can grow into sales leadership.
