4–7 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or premium consumer / food-adjacent businesses

Compensation

₹10 – ₹14 LPA (CTC)

Role Intent

This role exists to build a repeatable revenue engine.

Today, sales are still founder-led. Over time, it must become system-led without losing relationship depth.

You will execute, learn, document, and then scale.

This is not a manage a large team role on Day 1.

It is a hands-on builder role that can grow into sales leadership.

Core Responsibilities (Today)

1. Revenue Ownership & Execution

  • Own and grow sales across one or more primary channels (B2B, partnerships, institutional, etc.)
  • Manage the full sales cycle:
    • Prospecting
    • Pitching
    • Negotiation
    • Closing
    • Feedback loops
  • Personally close deals while maintaining pricing and brand discipline

2. Market & Relationship Development

  • Identify and build long-term relationships with aligned partners and customers
  • Represent BeWild's premium, sustainability-led ethos externally
  • Participate in events, tastings, and curated brand experiences

3. Sales System Building

  • Document sales processes, pitch narratives, objections, and learnings
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to improve funnels and workflows
  • Help define which customer segments are strategically aligned

4. Strategic Input (Balanced)

  • Contribute to:
    • Pricing discussions
    • Channel prioritisation
    • Go-to-market evolution
  • Balance execution with thoughtful strategy input

    5. AI & Leverage
  • Use AI tools to:
    • Prepare proposals and presentations
    • Analyse customer and sales patterns
    • Improve personal efficiency

How This Role Grows (12–24 months)

As the business scales, this role is expected to:

  • Own multiple sales channels
  • Hire and manage a small sales team
  • Coach junior sales talent
  • Play a strong role in shaping sales strategy
  • Potentially evolve into Sales Leadership

Leadership here is earned through execution, not title.

What Success Looks Like

By 6–9 months:

  • You are closing deals independently
  • Founder involvement in routine sales reduces meaningfully
  • Sales conversations become clearer and more consistent

By 18–24 months:

  • Sales is no longer founder-dependent
  • You own channel strategy and execution
  • You are building and leading a small, effective team
