Job Title: Sales Intern

Job Description:

Position Summary:

As a Sales Intern at our company, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by generating leads through cold calling and setting up meetings with potential clients. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales and communication skills and kickstart your career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products or services, understand their needs, and create interest in scheduling meetings.

2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and data analysis, ensuring the leads meet the criteria for our target market.

3. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or product demonstrations with decision-makers or key stakeholders, coordinating with the sales team for follow-up.

4. Maintain CRM: Record all relevant information, updates, and interactions with prospects in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

5. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products or services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

6. Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients in a professional and friendly manner, providing information and addressing their initial questions or concerns.

7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to sales conversion.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejections.

- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales role.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools (training will be provided).

- Previous experience in a sales role or telemarketing is a plus but not required.

Duration: Minimum 4 months

Stipend: INR 12,000/ month

Training and Development:
