Job Description

Role: Sales Representative Intern - RIOO Productions

Location: Bangalore

Open Positions: 2

We're looking for two people who don't just sell they make people feel like they're about to miss the next big thing if they don't work with us. If you can hold a conversation that doesn't feel scripted or dull, you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing:

Reaching out to potential brands and businesses and pitching Rioo in a way that sparks curiosity and urgency.

Understanding what a client actually needs instead of reading off a template.

Building and nurturing a pipeline of leads through CRM tools.

Managing and updating data smoothly using Excel and automation tools.

Contributing to the sales funnel from prospecting to conversion.

Working closely with the leadership and content team to refine pitches, decks, and closing strategies.

Working directly from the founder's office for faster learning, better feedback, and actual ownership.

What you need:

A decent understanding of how sales works.

Confidence and clarity in communication. If you can hold a great conversation, you're already halfway there.

Experience or exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or anything similar).

Comfortable using Excel.

Ability to automate repetitive tasks to save time and improve efficiency.

A collaborative attitude we work as a team, not solo operators.
