Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Inside Sales Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will work on lead generation, managing and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales initiatives. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, delivering product presentations, understanding customer needs, and contributing to the overall sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience or exposure to sales or client-facing roles is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field
