About the role:
The sales executive would be working closely with Area Sales Manager and Cluster manager to increase the sales of Rapipay's products. Their Key Responsibilities includes:
l Reach out to the Leads created by you on a day-to-day basis directly (Face to Face) and convince the prospects to purchase the plans of the product
l Generate leads through referrals or any other methods
l Should understand the pain points of the users, empathize and explain how our product would be useful to them and convince them to buy
l Ensuring that the sales are made in compliance to set quality parameters and not giving false information and commitment to users
l Building a good professional relation with the existing users to ensure they continue using our product on a long-term basis, resulting in enhanced renewals
l Keep yourself updated with the new feature release and any changes to the product.
Eligibility:
Should be at least 12th pass.
Should not have availed benefits like EPF and ESIC earlier.
Stipend and tenure: Interns would be paid a monthly stipend between 10-12K p.m. depending on their educational qualification. Incumbents would be reimbursed for their work-related travel expenses. We are looking for engagement for up to 12 months with an intern. Basis the performance, organization may choose to offer them full time roles.
Please note that during the internship tenure, interns are not entitled to paid leave and do not avail any social security benefits like EPF, Gratuity, ESIC, accidental or medical insurance.
