Job Description

The intern will support the sales team in converting inbound and outbound leads into business opportunities through structured follow-up and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Qualify incoming sales leads based on defined criteria.
  • Maintain and update lead details in tracking sheets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for lead closure and customer onboarding.
  • Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on lead conversion performance.
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team.

Qualification Required

  • Graduate / Final-year student (BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA, Marketing, Business Management, or related discipline preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting follow-ups.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Interest in Sales / Business Development / Customer Acquisition.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Prior internship experience in sales, telecalling, or customer engagement will be an added advantage.

Compensation : 15,000 per month fixed
