Role Description The Sales Intern role is a full-time on-site position based in Noida. The intern will support the sales team in identifying prospective clients, qualifying leads, and assisting in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining sales records, following up with potential and existing customers, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to customer engagement activities. The intern will also participate in product training sessions, learn about Mcarbon's communication solutions, and help gather market and customer insights to support sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and basic negotiation abilities.
• Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management-related skills, such as the ability to learn products quickly and support sales team coordination.
• Relevant skills such as basic understanding of telecom or SaaS products, proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), and strong organizational abilities are beneficial.
• A current enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
