Position: Sales intern

Location: Noida (On-Site)

Duration: 3 Months

Eligibility

Candidates must have completed at least one prior internship in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.

Freshers with good communication skills can be considered.

Must be comfortable working on-site from the Noida office.

Must have their own laptop for work purposes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in building and maintaining a sales pipeline through lead generation and prospecting.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and business opportunities.

Support the sales team in outreach activities, follow-ups, and client engagement.

Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM tools.

Prepare sales reports, presentations, and business development documents.

Assist in competitor analysis and market intelligence gathering.

Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements and business growth initiatives.

Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales performance.

Requirements

Prior internship experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or a related domain.

Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and pipeline management.

Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis techniques.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Pursuing or completing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
