Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive lead generation and identify new business opportunities across geographies and industries.
  2. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through research, networking, and industry engagement.
  3. Develop and execute strategies for lead conversion and client acquisition.
  4. Achieve ₹150 Cr new business revenue targets with a minimum 15% gross margin.
  5. Formulate and implement sales strategies for facility/property management and allied services.
  6. Assign targets to regional sales teams and monitor performance against goals.
  7. Lead bid management including tendering, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  8. Engage with corporates, developers, RWAs, and property owners for business development.
  9. Ensure seamless client onboarding and post-possession support with operations teams.
  10. Drive client retention, cross-selling, and upselling to maximize account value.
  11. Act as an escalation point and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  12. Lead, mentor, and track sales team performance using structured metrics and BD trackers.
  13. Oversee P&L preparation, contract reviews, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
  14. Identify process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  15. Develop and manage AOP, including sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic planning.

Education, Skills & Experience:

  1. Full Time MBA/PGDM with 15-20 years of experience in the core Facility Management (FM) industry, with significant exposure in a senior leadership role.
  2. Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and relationship management.
  3. Experience in large-scale revenue generation, strategic account management, and sales leadership.
