Job Title: Manual Tester – LOS / LMS

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester with experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS). The ideal candidate should have domain expertise in Supply Chain Finance, Vendor Financing, Dealer Financing, and Working Capital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of LOS and LMS platforms to ensure system quality and reliability
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
- Validate workflows related to loan origination, disbursement, repayment, and lifecycle management
- Work closely with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and identify test scenarios
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using bug tracking tools
- Ensure compliance with business requirements in supply chain finance and lending processes
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in manual testing
- Hands-on experience with LOS and LMS systems
- Strong understanding of:
- Supply Chain Finance
- Vendor Financing
- Dealer Financing
- Working Capital products
- Experience in financial services / lending domain is mandatory
- Good knowledge of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) and defect management processes
- Ability to write clear and concise test documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
- Exposure to API testing (basic level)
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
