About HospiPal

HospiPal Health is a doctor-led healthtech startup working in hospital care, home nursing and care continuity. We are now launching Off/Call, a curated invite-only social community built exclusively for doctors across India.

About Off/Call

Off/Call is where doctors go off duty. Think Sunday morning runs, live music, premium breakfast experiences and a room full of people who finally get to switch off together. We are starting in Thane and Mumbai and expanding city by city across India.

What You Will Own

Location scouting and venue partnerships for every event. End to end vendor coordination including musicians, photographers, fitness trainers and caterers. Full on-ground execution and day of management. Experience design — creating moments that are genuinely memorable and one of a kind. Building and managing a small event team as Off/Call grows.

What We Are Looking For

Someone with 2 to 4 years of experience in event production, lifestyle events or experiential marketing. Someone who has managed intimate premium events, not just large scale corporate ones. Strong vendor network in Mumbai and Thane is a big advantage. Detail oriented, reliable and an excellent communicator. Someone who gets excited by building something new from the ground up.

What This Is Not

This is not a one time project. This is not a corporate conference production role. This is not for someone who just manages logistics — we need someone who thinks about how an event feels.

Engagement and Compensation

Freelance, per event basis to start. Growing into a retainer as Off/Call scales. Compensation discussed based on experience and scope. Right candidate gets long term association as Off/Call expands nationally.
