Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven B2C Real Estate Sales Executive to manage end-to-end sales for residential properties. You'll engage individual buyers, conduct site visits, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet quarterly targets in a fast-paced market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and nurture leads from walk-ins, digital campaigns, and referrals to build a strong B2C pipeline.
- Conduct property showings, virtual tours, and consultations to match client needs with inventory.
- Negotiate contracts, handle documentation, and ensure smooth closings while maximizing revenue.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on local real estate regulations, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 1-6 years of hands-on B2C real estate sales experience (brokerage, agency, or developer sales).
- Proven track record in closing deals, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
