Sr. Real Estate Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Real Estate Sales Executive located in Gandhinagar. The individual will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting real estate offerings, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, advising clients on market conditions, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies and client needs is a key aspect of the role.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property
• Proven sales expertise and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to build and nurture relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a client-centric approach
• Proficiency in market research, local real estate trends, and competitive analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the Gandhinagar real estate market will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
