Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in customers and understand their needs
Recommend suitable products and design solution
Drive in-store sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain store display, visual merchandising, and brand standards
Coordinate order processing and post-sales customer support
Prepare daily sales and customer interaction reports
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations with decision-makers.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to drive growth.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills:
Freshers or candidates with 6 Month of experience in sales, retail, or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong interest in home dcor or interior styling
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (6 days/week)
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
