Xenclavis is a cybersecurity startup based in Coimbatore specializing in Web Pentesting, Remote SOC Support and AI-driven security solutions. Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Coimbatore with flexible working hours and remote friendly options. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to decision makers like CTOs and IT managers, pitching Xenclavis services and setting up meetings. The technical team handles delivery — your focus is on building the client pipeline.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Interest in sales, business development or 

 technology

- Self-motivated and result oriented

- Knowledge of cybersecurity is an advantage 

 but not mandatory

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, 

 IT or related field

- Freshers and final year students are welcome

- Experience in CRM tools is a plus

Compensation

- ₹5,000 fixed per month

- ₹5,000 bonus on closing 1st client

- ₹4,000 incentive per additional client

Example earnings:

→ 1 client = ₹10,000

→ 2 clients = ₹14,000

→ 3 clients = ₹18,000

No fixed hours. No micromanagement. 

  • Work from anywhere. Outside work allowed.
