Position - Sales Executive

Salary - UPTO 4 LPA

Experience: 1-2 Years of sales experience

Location: Remote

Industry - wellness and fitness, Ed Tech

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Executive to drive enrollments for our programs. The role involves engaging with potential learners, understanding their goals, and guiding them to choose the right course while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

o Connect with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to drive course enrollments

o Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable program

o Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

o Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments

o Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of learners

o Handle objections effectively and close sales with confidence

o Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey

Requirements

o 1-2 yrs. experience in telesales

o Education - Graduation

o Excellent communication & persuasion skills

o Time management & discipline

o Strong follow-up and closing ability
