Job Description

Job Role :

1. Achieve Sales Targets: Strive to meet and exceed sales targets through effective Customer engagement and sales strategies
2. Customer Handling Excellence: Provide exceptional Customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
3. Customer Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain Customer data in the system to ensure seamless follow-up, personalized service, and efficient record-keeping.
4. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with Customers to foster loyalty, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.

Reporting to: Team Manager Sales as per leadership structure.

Sales Target Achievement

Execute sales plans to meet and exceed targets.

Monitor sales performance.

Nurture every lead source wisely.

Customer Interaction and Services:

Respond promptly to Customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.

Ensure a smooth and enjoyable Customer journey from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up.

Handle Customer complaints with professionalism, aiming for swift resolution and Customer satisfaction

Data Management and Accuracy

Accurately input Customer information into the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.

Regularly review and update Customer data to ensure reliability and relevance.

Utilize Customer data to personalize interactions and enhance service delivery.

Relationship Development

Build strong, trust-based relationships with Customers through consistent and meaningful interactions.

Engage in regular follow-ups to maintain Customer interest and loyalty.

Encourage repeat business and referrals by providing exceptional service and support.

Market Analysis and Adaptation

Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Suggest sales strategies based on market insights to maintain a competitive edge.

Feedback Utilization

  • Analyse feedback to identify common themes and areas for improvement.
  • Suggest changes based on feedback to enhance Customer satisfaction and sales effectiveness.

Requirements

Skillset Requirement:

  • HNI Customer handling
  • Effective communication
  • Objection handling
  • Ability to provide premium Customer experience
Qualification Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in marketing/ sales.

Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Work Experience in automobile sales out of which one year should be with luxury automobile
