Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Core Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / Academic Counselling. The ideal candidate should have strong closing skills, a revenue-focused mindset, and fluency in both Hindi and English.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Counsel students/parents about courses and programs.
  • Understand learner needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective closing.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in EdTech Sales / Academic Counselling / Course Selling.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English (Mandatory).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Strong closing ability.
  • Revenue-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and confidence.
  • High ownership and accountability.
