Customer Experience
- Welcome and assist customers as per service standards
- Provide accurate product and promotion information
- Build trust and guide customers in purchase decisions
Store Operations
- Ensure merchandise is well displayed as per VM guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness, pricing accuracy, and display standards
- Support stock rotation and replenishment
Product & Learning
- Stay updated on product knowledge and new launches
- Complete training modules and apply learning on floor
Process Adherence
- Capture leads and customer data accurately
- Follow SOPs for store operations and service

Education
- Minimum: 12th Pass
- Preferred: Graduate (any stream)
Experience
- 0–6 Months in retail / sales / hospitality
- Furniture / home retail experience is a plus
