Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented
Tele Sales Executive to join our growth team. Your primary role will be to reach out to potential B2B clients, introduce our products/services, and convert leads into sales opportunities. If you are a persuasive communicator who loves hitting targets, we want to talk to you!
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Initiate cold calls to potential B2B customers to pitch our products and services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects from provided databases and marketing leads.
- Sales Conversion: Explain product benefits, handle objections professionally, and close sales or book appointments for the senior sales team.
- Relationship Building: Follow up with existing leads to build a strong pipeline and maintain customer rapport.
- CRM Management: Update call logs, lead status, and customer details accurately in the CRM/Excel daily.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volume and monthly sales targets.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Leverage LinkedIn and professional databases to identify B2B decision-makers and convert cold prospects into high-value sales opportunities.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Master the art of persuasive communication and CRM management to hit daily targets and build a consistent pipeline for our manufacturing vertical.
Requirements
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Persistence: Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude and remain motivated.
- Persuasion: Proven ability to influence and convince customers over the phone.
- Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and how to use a CRM.
- Industry Preference: Experience in B2B or Manufacturing sales is a major plus.
