Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Domestic Sales Executive based in Bengaluru South. The Domestic Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of UNext's online programs by identifying and pursuing potential customers, managing leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments. The role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with learners, addressing queries, and providing guidance throughout the enrollment process. Additionally, the Domestic Sales Executive will collaborate with the marketing and support teams to ensure an exceptional learner experience.

Qualifications
  • Sales and marketing skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and client engagement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively correspond with prospective learners
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand learner needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer skills for data management and reporting
  • Motivated self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities independently
  • Familiarity with the edtech sector or experience in education sales is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
