Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Company: Virtual Building Studio

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Shift: 5 PM – 2 AM (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

We're looking for a passionate and driven Inside Sales Representative with 1–2 years of experience in international voice process, RPO, or BPO. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, developing client relationships, and expanding our customer base in the USA market.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online channels.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Manage sales pipelines, negotiate deals, and achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Conduct research to identify new prospects and market trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in international voice process / RPO / BPO.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.
  • Willingness to work the night shift (5 PM – 2 AM).
