Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Executive will handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to inquiries, and explain services and pricing to potential and existing customers. The role involves qualifying leads, maintaining an organized lead pipeline, and following up consistently to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth scheduling and fulfillment of services. Daily responsibilities also include updating CRM or tracking systems, preparing basic sales reports, and sharing feedback from customers to improve offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales skills, with experience managing phone-based or online sales cycles from inquiry to closure.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation, including identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and maintaining a structured follow-up process.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
  • Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, handling concerns professionally, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Sales skills, including basic negotiation, objection handling, and target-driven performance.
  • Comfort using CRM or sales tracking tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad with a disciplined, organized, and self-motivated approach.
  • Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or home services is an advantage; a diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
