About the Role
We're hiring ambitious, energetic, and target-driven professionals for an Inside Sales / Business Development role.
You'll be responsible for engaging prospective customers, generating interest, nurturing leads, and driving revenue growth through consistent customer interaction and sales follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and customer outreach activities
  • Engage and qualify prospective customers through consultative conversations
  • Explain product/service value propositions and handle objections effectively
  • Generate leads and drive customer conversions.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and relationship management with prospects
  • Update lead status, pipelines, and customer interactions using CRM tools
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and sales performance
  • Contribute directly to customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives

Requirements

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Business Development, Outbound Calling, or Lead Generation
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi
  • Comfortable handling customer conversations and sales objections
  • Experience working in target-driven or revenue-focused roles
  • Strong ownership mindset, resilience, and execution ability
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking processes is preferred
  • Willingness to work from the Ahmedabad office, 6 days/week
