Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving commercial leasing deals. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing presentations, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Client Relationship Management and Networking
  • Experience in Market Research, Prospecting, and Sales Strategy Development
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Sales Tools, CRM Software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven attitude
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in commercial real estate or leasing is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
