Sales Executive – IT Services & Staff Augmentation

Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to support our business development initiatives in IT Services, Software Development, and Staff Augmentation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with tele-calling, lead generation, client communication, and online bidding platforms. This role offers excellent growth opportunities for candidates looking to build a career in IT sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound tele-calling and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
  • Identify and engage potential clients for software development, web/mobile application development, and staff augmentation services.
  • Manage and respond to leads received through various channels.
  • Create and submit proposals on bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru etc.
  • Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for senior business development team members.
  • Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong tele-calling and client interaction abilities.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, and technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Resource Hiring, and IT Recruitment services.
  • Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools is a plus.
