Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at our Indore property. The Sales Executive will proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across leisure, corporate, and group segments to increase room nights, events, and ancillary revenue. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and property site visits, preparing proposals and contracts, and negotiating rates within company guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with operations, front office, and events teams to ensure seamless service delivery for booked business. The Sales Executive will also track market trends, maintain an accurate CRM, represent the resort at trade shows or local events as needed, and prepare regular sales performance reports for leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals in hospitality or a related service industry.
  • Strong relationship-building, client servicing, and account management abilities.
  • Competence in negotiation, presentation, and professional communication (written and verbal).
  • Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data reporting for sales tracking.
  • Understanding of hotel revenue concepts, group bookings, banqueting, and event sales is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple client requirements and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in hotel, resort, or travel industry sales is a strong advantage; willingness to travel locally as required.
