Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Indore. The Field Sales Executive will identify and visit potential clients, present i Prompt Solutions services, and build strong, long-term business relationships. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, proposing suitable digital solutions, preparing and delivering sales pitches, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role also involves following up on leads, maintaining a sales pipeline, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Field Sales Executive will collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction, while providing regular reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
  • Proven field sales or business development experience, preferably in IT, software, or digital services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and work toward clear revenue targets.
  • Comfort with on-site client visits in and around Indore, including local travel as required.
  • Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing concepts; willingness to learn more in these areas.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to follow-ups and documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may offset formal education.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or lead-tracking systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with professional and respectful client-facing behavior.
