Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Tirunelveli. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships with customers, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include creating sales plans, delivering product presentations, managing sales cycles, and achieving assigned revenue targets. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team and providing market insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify client needs and offer tailored product solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.
- Ability to plan and execute sales strategies, develop leads, and close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of dental equipment, healthcare industry, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining detailed sales records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in field sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is highly desirable.
