Position: Business Development Executive

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Location: Chennai

About the Role

ZoFlowX is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional to drive sales growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and solution selling. Prior exposure to Zoho product sales will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, product presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closure
  • Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable Zoho solutions and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and activity reports using CRM tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project onboarding and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition
  • Proven communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to generate leads and close business opportunities
  • Experience in selling Zoho products such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, or related solutions will be preferred
  • Hindi language proficiency will be an added advantage
  • Ability to perform in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, professional, and growth-oriented mindset
