Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bangalore Urban. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales to meet organizational goals. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, presenting tailored investment solutions, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying updated on market trends are essential parts of the role.
Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in sales, client relationship management, and lead generation
  • Experience with market research, strategic planning, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve results
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in real estate, farmland management, or investment advisory is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
