Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru . The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting property-related consultations with prospective customers, and presenting NoBroker HR and NoBroker.com solutions that best match their needs. The role includes managing the end-to-end sales cycle: explaining service offerings, handling objections, negotiating terms within guidelines, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in the CRM, coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery, and provide feedback on customer trends and market dynamics. The position requires consistent on-ground presence, follow-up through calls and meetings, and adherence to company processes and ethical sales practices.
