Role Description
The Sales Executive role at The Kenko Life is a full-time position preferably based in Bengaluru.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with inbound leads, understanding their health and nutrition goals, and converting them into clients who subscribe to the meal subscriptions. You will explain our meal plans and services, address customer queries, and guide prospects toward the most suitable plan for their needs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include lead follow-ups, sales calls, WhatsApp and CRM management, customer onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with the nutrition and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to subscription.
The ideal candidate is confident on calls, possesses excellent communication skills and is passionate about helping people achieve their health and wellness goals.
