Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, focusing on both individual and commercial vehicle sales. Daily responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, highlighting product features and benefits, negotiating sales terms, managing contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves market research, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent post-sales customer support.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and negotiation strategies to close deals effectively and achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to conduct market research, identify trends, and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional support and solutions after the sale.
  • Knowledge of automobile products, particularly Tata Motors commercial vehicle portfolio, is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
