Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, preparing and delivering sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and providing feedback to the product development and marketing teams to enhance offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of eye care products, ophthalmic solutions, or similar industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Results-driven and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site in the Mumbai , Maharashtra & pan India
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
