Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and deliver effective project presentations.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers and channel partners.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, meetings, and WhatsApp communication.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and management teams for smooth customer experience.

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills:

  • 5–7 years of experience in real estate residential sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of customer psychology and sales processes.
  • Target-oriented and self-driven professional.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups effectively.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Candidates familiar with East Pune real estate market will be an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and capability)

Incentives: Performance-based attractive incentives

  • Minimum Commitment: 1 Year
  • Probation Period: 2 Months
  • Notice Period: 1 Month
  • Work Location: Lohegaon, Pune
