Job Description

Philips is seeking a dynamic and motivated Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in India. This role involves engaging customers, showcasing our premium products, and driving sales in a vibrant showroom environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in the showroom to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers effectively to drive sales.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Philips products and stay updated on new offerings.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and ensure the showroom is well-organized and appealing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer feedback records.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-5 years of experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably in consumer electronics or premium brands.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales reporting.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
  • A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about Philips products and innovations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
