Locations: Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad

Department: Sales

Experience: 3–4 Years

Education: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

About the Role

VATS Filtration Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and self-motivated sales professionals to drive business growth in the Automotive and Engineering sectors. The role involves business development, market expansion, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets through direct customer engagement and channel partner development.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities from existing and new customers.
  • Prepare and maintain daily MIS and weekly business reports.
  • Create and execute action plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new markets and business opportunities.
  • Expand market reach through channel partner development and management.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with financially strong and reliable channel partners.
  • Drive deeper market penetration and improve business coverage.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide techno-commercial solutions.
  • For Assistant Manager role, lead and manage a team of two Sales Executives.
