Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Chennai. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, engaging with prospective clients, conducting sales activities, and offering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential leads, initiating and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and effective Lead Generation strategies
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to build relationships, understand client requirements, and close sales
  • Proven Sales acumen with a target-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Understanding of the industrial automation sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is advantageous
