Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Pune. The role involves generating leads, identifying and engaging with prospective clients, and building strong customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. The role also emphasizes maintaining a high standard of customer service and collaborating with team members to execute sales strategies.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven track record in Sales with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, on-site team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
