We're hiring for a B2B Sales Outreach / Partnerships role

Key Responsibilities:
1. Institutional & Corporate Partnerships
- Identify, target, and onboard schools and corporates for health and wellness programs
- Build relationships with decision-makers (Principals, Trustees, HR Heads, Leadership)
- Pitch and close structured offerings: screenings, workshops, annual programs, retainers
2. Revenue Ownership
- Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle: outreach pitch closure execution renewal
- Achieve revenue targets through new acquisitions and account expansion
- Build recurring revenue via long-term partnerships and subscriptions
3. Account Management & Growth
- Manage institutional relationships with a focus on retention and repeat business
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services
- Ensure high partner satisfaction and program quality
4. Execution & Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless program delivery
- Oversee on-ground execution (where required) and resolve real-time challenges
5. Pipeline & Conversion Management
- Maintain a strong sales funnel and disciplined follow-ups
- Track key metrics: conversion rates, revenue, and sales cycle timelines
6. Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
- Develop referral networks across schools, corporates, and community ecosystems
- Generate consistent lead flow through strategic collaborations
7. CRM, Reporting & Insights
- Maintain accurate CRM data and sales reports
- Use insights to improve conversion, positioning, and overall strategy
8. Market Intelligence & Brand Representation
- Capture on-ground insights on customer needs and competition
- Represent the brand with credibility and position it as a long-term partner
