Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will manage customer interactions at retail outlets, present product collections, and provide informed guidance on designs, fabrics, and sustainable features. Responsibilities include driving in-store sales, building long-term customer relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high-quality, welcoming shopping experience. The role also involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, coordinating with the design and production teams on stock and new launches, and tracking sales performance against targets. The Sales Executive will support promotional activities, gather customer feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement in sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong sales, negotiation, and lead conversion skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills, including active listening, empathy, and a consultative selling approach.
  • Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in clear verbal and written communication in English (knowledge of local languages is an advantage).
  • Candidates should possess basic retail operations skills such as POS handling, inventory awareness, and attention to detail in merchandising.
  • Candidates should possess an understanding of fashion, textiles, or lifestyle products, and an interest in sustainable and artisan-made products.
  • Candidates should possess problem-solving and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, fashion or apparel sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree or Fashion Management, or a Fresher.
