Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Candidates from Manufacturing, Cement, Building Materials, Construction, or Industrial Products industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities.
  • Identify and acquire new B2B customers.
  • Conduct regular client visits and product presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Manage dealer and distributor networks.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Expand business within assigned territories.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
  • Process orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
