About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, understanding customer requirements, conducting consultations, and converting leads into successful interior design projects. The role requires excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate and follow up on leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and other marketing channels.
● Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and project timelines.
● Conduct client meetings and provide suitable interior design solutions.
● Coordinate with the design team to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated.
● Prepare and present project quotations and proposals.
● Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining profitability.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
● Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates.
● Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
● Collaborate with the operations and project execution teams to ensure a smooth client handover.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Required Skills

Qualification
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
● MBA is an added advantage.
Experience
● 0-1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, home décor, modular kitchens, or related industries.
● Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Preferred Candidate Profile
● Experience in residential interior sales will be an advantage.
● Strong customer handling and consultative selling skills.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
● Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for client meetings when required.
