Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive B2B sales initiatives within the automotive sector, focusing on auto parts, components, and manufacturing clients.
  • Identify, engage, and acquire new business opportunities across OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 automotive suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams.

Product & Technical Understanding:

  • Leverage strong knowledge of electric vehicle (EV) technology, internal combustion engine (ICE) systems, and core automotive components.
  • Communicate product specifications, technical benefits, and application use-cases to clients confidently.
  • Provide guidance to customers on product suitability, performance, and integration.

Account Management:

  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, understand customer needs, and provide timely solutions.
  • Prepare and present customized sales proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Monitor market trends in automotive technologies, EV transitions, and component innovations.
  • Identify competitive insights and contribute to sales strategy planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Supply Chain) to align sales plans with product capabilities.

Sales Operations:

  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth order processing, delivery timelines, and after-sales support.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client demos to represent the company's offerings
