Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Executive located in Pune. The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and presenting technical solutions to clients. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with the technical team to meet client needs. The role also involves negotiating contracts, closing sales deals, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Presentation skills (In waste water industry)
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Bioculture, Micronutrients, and Odour control products, or willingness to learn.
• Degree in BSc & MSc (Environment), MBA with BSc (Environment), Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in the Waste Water Industry (ETP/STP), Solid waste management.
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
