Square Yards is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive to grow our sales in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, handling key clients, and ensuring consistent closure of property transactions.
Key Responsibilities-
Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration
Oversee site visits, client follow-ups, and documentation process
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Competencies-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven experience in real estate sales or channel sales
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of property sales cycle and documentation
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate
