RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Present a selection of properties that meet clients needs and provide detailed explanations during site visits.
- Conduct site visits to showcase properties and provide expert advice on real estate matters.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting.
Communication and Negotiation
- Keep clients informed about the status of their offers and the progress of negotiations and contracts.
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
- Explain sales terms and conditions, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both parties.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their property needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Provide prompt responses to client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Regularly follow up with clients to provide updates and ensure ongoing satisfaction throughout the transaction process.

- Property Presentation and Sales
- Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information about properties, including location, amenities, and pricing.
- Identify and target potential clients through prospecting techniques such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Continuously seek new opportunities to expand the client base and increase sales volume.
- Administrative and Reporting Tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales transactions in the companys lead tracking system (Salesforce).
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and ensure the company meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Collaboration and Client Satisfaction
- Collaborate with the internal outdoor marketing team for activities such as stalls and other outdoor events.
